Orders are first downloaded to a temporary store where you can edit the data before
sending it to Quickbooks. You
then select which orders to transfer so you can delete or delay sending
those which are, for example, pending at PayPal or have
not been authorized at a payment processor. The transfer to Quickbooks itself
is just a single click! There are no messy import/export files to deal with,
they are injected straight into the program.
This is Beta software! That means we expect there to be a few minor bugs in it which
we need you to report to us so that we can fix them...
While it is Beta it will be free to use and no registration is required.
To upgrade from a prior version; uninstall your current version from your Windows Control panel, then
download and install the new version. You will be installing a new database so it
will download all the orders you currently have in Admin. Check that you don't transfer
to QB any orders again which you had transfered with the old version...
Please note: we believe the Download manager should now work with Vista and Quickbooks 2008.
