It is not magical, this service is free/low cost because it is a DIY service! I don't mind helping people who are struggling but the answer to most questions I am asked is on one of these pages, you will save yourself time to check them first:
Please quote your shopping cart username in your email. I try to respond to all my emails by the end of the next working day so if you don't hear from me then try again, it means that I probably didn't get your message.
I do not offer telephone support, it is just too expensive to fund a 24hr call center. Don't try to message me via Facebook either, Facebook is not sufficiently secure for this purpose and so I do not monitor it.
